Many Indian from public schools and academic institutes have excelled globally in many fields. But the number of such successes remain small compared to the number getting graduated annually as the expansion of educational institutions being phenomenal. That education alone is not enough for one to make a mark or difference in the lives, living of people is well known. But we continue to solely rely on structured schooling and formal education criteria. What a young goes through or experiences in that process are twists and turns with different outcomes. Those insights if not forgotten offer a new window for empowerment and distinguishing. If only the young acquire the attributes, special aptitudes and abilities that involves them grow before getting out of school.
